OPERATING HOURS: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. June, July &
August. All other months

No person, firm, company or organization may sell any
products without getting approval from City Council.

Request for use of park must be submitted in writing
to the City Clerk at least 10
days prior to the requested date. Schedules are made
on a first come basis.
4 No glass bottles or containers and no drugs or alcohol
permitted

All trash and garbage must be deposited in the proper
container.

No vehicles of any kind shall be permitted on the ball
field or basketball court,
including three and four wheeled vehicles and bicycles.

No animals allowed except: Special events approved by
City Council, K-9 dogs by Police department and assistance
dogs for impaired persons .

No profanity, fighting , gambling, or weapons.

No person shall engage in any conduct dangerous or disruptive.

No person shall violate any rules or regulations adopted
by the City Council.
11 No person shall refuse to leave when requested by
the person in charge because
of his or her conduct that is in violation of the park
rules and regulations.

$125.00 FOR 2 DAYS WITHOUT CONCESSION STAND
$ 15.00 PER HOUR FOR USE OF LIGHTS
$ 75.00 TRASH DEPOSIT (refundable)
$200.00 FOR FIELD AND CONCESSION STAND

$50.00 LIGHTS PER DAY
